Dr. Robin Whitley has over twenty five years experience providing dental care in the Berkeley community. Upon receiving her bachelor degree from the University of California Santa Barbara, she moved to the bay area to pursue her dream of becoming a dentist at the University of California San Francisco.
Dr. Whitley values education and believes in providing the best care to those she serves. She does this by continuing her education in high quality courses and study clubs, and by being active in organized dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Berkeley dental society where she has served on the board for many years, and is currently active on a sub committee. She also participates in a study club, and actively seeks out advanced courses at the Spear Center for continuing education.
After years of providing free dental care in her Berkeley office through “Give Kids A Smile Day” and Dental Lifeline, Dr. Whitley has chosen to provide free dental care to the needy of California through the CDA Cares clinics run several times per year.
Having raised two children, Dr. Whitley is finding more time outside of her practice to do the things she enjoys. Her hobbies include travel, sewing, quilting, and reading. She also loves to bake, and has been known to make amazing desserts!
